Post-operative Physio

Lymph Detox
Remedial Massage

I am dedicated to optimizing your post-operative outcomes by providing caring and supportive treatment in the comfort of your home, helping to prevent further pain and discomfort. My goal is to get you moving as soon as possible to avoid surgical complications, so you can regain your independence, no matter your age.
I tailor each treatment to align with your surgeon's recommendations and protocols. Whether you’ve had a hip replacement or rotator cuff repair, my focus is on improving your range of motion, strength, reducing scar tissue formation, and maximizing function to help you recover as efficiently as possible.
This unique and effective technique combines the unblocking of lymph nodes, myo-fascial tissue mobilisation, and rhythmic pumping to effectively drain the lymph, delivering incredible instant results of sculpting the body. It enhances blood circulation, increases oxygen flow throughout the body, and helps eliminate waste and toxins that can lead to poor blood flow, swelling, low moods, pain, and impaired healing.
The lymphatic system plays a crucial role in maintaining natural cleansing and equilibrium in the body, so it’s essential to keep it functioning properly. By the end of the treatment, you should feel clearer in your mind, lighter in your body, and more energised.
Over the past 7 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in two sports and spinal private practices, where I’ve gained extensive experience in treating a variety of sports-related conditions. I am passionate about helping you overcome pain and return to the activities you love—whether they benefit your body, mind, or soul.
I frequently treat conditions such as tennis elbow, recurring ankle sprains, rotator cuff strains, ACL injuries, osteitis pubis, and many others. Throughout your recovery, I’ll also maintain communication with your trainer or coach to ensure a faster, pain-free return to your sport.
I strive to bring convenience, comfort, empathy, and care to every session. It’s a privilege for me to be trusted as your healthcare provider in your home. My personalized service includes teaching you tailored rehab exercises for at-home use, with the option to incorporate ultrasound therapy, laser therapy, mobilisations, deep tissue or lymphatic massage, dry needling, and a laser machine. Depending on your specific condition and areas of concern, I will provide you with various options, empowering you with full autonomy over your treatment plan.

Cosmetic Physio

If you prefer to be at home or are sick, not feeling well enough to meet in person, I also cater to the option of providing treatment online, on-going advice, exercise prescription, and education over Zoom, Teams or FaceTime. All Telehealth appoints are also eligible for rebates via your private health fund.

Breast physio

My evidence-based treatment approach adheres to established breast care protocols and combines therapeutic ultrasound, lymphatic drainage, educational support, and specific stretches to help prevent and manage these complications effectively.

Breast physiotherapy is also beneficial for mothers who are breastfeeding or have recently stopped, as these changes can lead to blocked milk ducts and mastitis. I follow the latest evidence-based guidelines to provide the best possible care for treating and preventing mastitis caused by blocked ducts. As this condition can be quite painful, consecutive treatment sessions 2-3 days in a row are often recommended to achieve optimal results, especially if symptoms persist.
If you’ve recently undergone cosmetic surgery, such as liposuction, breast augmentation or reduction, tummy tucks, or facelifts, I can help you achieve your ideal final result. With a strong understanding of your anatomy, I provide treatments that combine therapeutic ultrasound, lymphatic drainage massage, education, and exercise prescription to promote faster healing and reduce complications.

I can assist in preventing contractures, scar tissue formation, and oedema (swelling), which can cause pain and nerve compression. Additionally, I help reduce neck or back pain, prevent movement dysfunctions, and improve posture. Treatment can begin within 1-2 weeks post-operation, and I will closely liaise with your surgeon to ensure you're on the right track for a smooth recovery.
